Sand Tray is s a non-verbal method of therapy that is most commonly used with children, but can also be used with adults, teenagers, and families.
Sand tray therapy allows a client to construct their own world using miniature toys and It colored sand. The creation of their world allows for a reflection of the client’s own life and provides them with the opportunity to work on conflicts, obstacles, and to connect with themselves in their journey and path to acceptance.
