If you are in a crisis, searching for healing or maybe even just trying to find hope for change in your life. I see you and I know that feeling of helplessness. I myself have been in the trenches of trauma, loss, anxiety and grief. I also know there is hope for you as there was for me. Healing is possible!
Harmony Counseling was born when I was exactly where you are now. My own healing was the catalyst for building a practice to pay it forward to others. I took my compassion for people who are suffering with anxiety and depression, my experience working closely with people and my love of psychology to build a therapy practice. Together we will explore, how you got to this place, why your nervous system is likely in “fight or flight” or “freeze” mode and explore evidenced based methods to get you back to living with more peace and purpose.
