Individual Therapy

Individual therapy begins with safety. I want you to feel comfortable as we begin to explore what is happening in your life. Together we look at patterns and behaviors that might be keeping you “stuck” or affecting your relationships. My approach is collaborative, with your goals in mind we can make a plan to reduce negative symptoms, improve self-awareness and move toward positive change.

CouplesTherapy

Couples counseling is a specialized form of psychotherapy designed to help you and your partner improve your relationship. I provide a neutral, mediated space where couples can explore their dynamics, resolve conflicts, and deepen their emotional connection. My approach is more than just working on communication, it is focused on making sense of why you and your partner repeat negative patterns and get stuck in a cycle of disconnection. I can help you and your partner learn to have those hard conversations that many couples have never been able to approach in their relationships.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR or (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured therapy that encourages the client to briefly focus on a traumatic memory while simultaneously experiencing Bi-Lateral Stimulation (typically eye movements). EMDR is extensively researched and an effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, loss and other distressing life experiences.
